• If you would like to become an ONA member to take advantage of the membership rates, your membership must be submitted and approved before registering.
• Conference registration instructions for Sponsors and Exhibitors can be found on the FAQ and should be executed after completing the online reservation form (Sponsor Reservation Form | Exhibitor Reservation Form).
• CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event you need to cancel your registration, you are entitled to a 100% refund if the request is received by 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 17 and a 50% refund if it is received between 5:01 p.m. ET Sept. 17 and 5 p.m. ET, Sept. 30. No refunds will be made after 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 30. All requests must be made in writing to ONA09@journalists.org.
